This is a true hidden gem! The apartment itself is clearly set up with an incredible amount of care and attention: two big TVs, a fully stocked kitchen, and a whole collection of brand-new board games. Despite temperatures dipping to -9°F during my stay, the apartment somehow stayed perfectly warm, which really speaks to how well insulated and thoughtfully designed it is.
But the very best part is hidden. Behind the delightful farm shop is the most adorable hobby barn you’ve ever seen. I am deeply in love with baby mini-donkey Elmer and will absolutely be visiting him again very soon. Elmer is joined by an eclectic and lovable crew: his partner in crime (a shy black cow), the two friendliest sheep I’ve ever met, two hilariously curious emus, one very impressive turkey, and a whole assortment of goats, ducks, and chickens. I spent every single morning cuddling this fluffy crew and honestly cannot wait to come back. –Victoria
