The Story

Rosa Nell is named after my grandmother. When describing Rosa Nell, she was the entire heart of the family- wise with age, gentle in demeanor and would provide endless loving. The one that would always cook a big meal on Sundays and holidays so everyone could be together. She was always there to provide a warn hug, homemade treat or a home cooked meal. You never left her house hungry. She was always filled with laughter, lessons and love. As a child, she would radiate a comforting presence that would make everything feel okay. I miss her daily but I know that she would be proud. I hope that you love her and she becomes a part of your family. This is our Gouda. This is Rosa Nell.
