Lynn is named after my mother's middle name. Lynn is a petite bloomy rind. Soft at heart, with a delicate bloom on the outside, growing stronger, richer and more complex with flavor. Beneath it's velvety white rind lies a heart that's rich, creamy and full of great complexity - just like the woman who inspired it. This cheese is named after the one who inspires me daily. The one that shows a sense of comfort, strength and unconditional love. She has always helped me fulfill my dreams ad helped shape my values. She is both a nuturer and protector. I wouldn't be half of the woman that I am today if it wasn't for her or her support. We hope this cheese becomes an important part of your family.
