The Story
Dan is our cow's milk manchego. He is named after my grandfather. When describing my grandfather, he was the best one you could ever have. The one that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. The one that loved to be in the woods, gardening, fishing, hunting and picking bouquets of sunflowers for his grandchildren. The one that always had jokes and was the biggest prankster. The one that loved his coffee straight black and so strong that a spoon could probably stand up straight in the cup. The one that would sit at the table and peel potatoes in a big white bucket for my grandmother. You could always catch him wearing overalls or plaid shirts with jeans.
